Once custom made dresses are altered twice to specific measurements and specifications, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Additional charges will be incurred for any alterations or changes requested before the dress is aired.
For standard measurements only, such as sizes M and L, returns or exchanges may be made within 3 days subject to certain conditions. The dress must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, perfume scent, or stains on any part of the dress. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refund Policy
1-items to be returned in perfect condition.
2- items damaged by the costumers use cannot be exchanged or returned.
3- special customized orders cannot be exchanged .
4- Ready to wear and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned .
5- incase of manufacturing damage you are entitled for an exchange .
Items Condition
1- to refund or exchange your order the item needs to be , ( unworn , unwashed , unaltered , without a scent , undamaged , ) .
2- to refund or exchange your order you must send the item back in perfect condition along with the accessories ( such us tags , wrapping paper , bags , head scarf etc . )
3- items with outside alterations cannot be exchanged or refunded.
